Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses a low pressure washing technique, along with a mixture of biocide, surfactants and water to safely clean exterior surfaces of organic stains, mould, fungus, mildew, lichen and black spots.

We use this process on surfaces which could be damaged if high pressure is used. We may also use this process if the desired results are not achieved after pressure washing the surface.

When it comes to patios and driveways we achieve the best results by pressure washing first using the correct nozzles and lance tips and by adjusting the flow of the machine. The reason for this is because biocide alone will not remove moss, weeds and any overgrowth. This requires pressure to get down to the layers of dirt when we then apply the chemical treatment.
